Stocktaking that works offline and syncs the moment you reconnect.
Stockr counts inventory on desktop and phone — barcode-fast, fully offline — then reconciles against Shopify, WooCommerce or Fortnox. Your counts live on your machines, not someone else's cloud.

Reconciles against the systems you already run
Everything a stocktake needs. Nothing it doesn't.
Stockr is built around one idea: the count belongs to you and has to work when the network doesn't.
Local-first ledger
Every count is written to an on-device ledger first. Close the laptop or lose Wi-Fi — nothing stalls and nothing is lost.
Barcode & camera scanning
Scan with a USB gun on the desktop or your phone camera. Tally, correct, and move to the next shelf without touching the mouse.
Peer-to-peer sync
Stations sync directly over the local network. No server sits between your team and their counts, so it stays fast and private.
Catalog connectors
Pull products, variants and images from Shopify, WooCommerce or Fortnox, kept fresh automatically as your catalog changes.
Signed catalog enrichment
Product data and media arrive as signed bundles, verified against your organization's pinned key before anything is imported.
Multi-station rosters
Pair desktops and phones into a signed org roster, each device with its own identity, so you always know what counted what.
From catalog to reconciled count in three moves.
Connect your catalog
Link Shopify, WooCommerce or Fortnox — or drop in a stock list. Stockr builds a normalized catalog with variants, barcodes and images.
Count anywhere
Open the desktop app or pair a phone. Scan or search, enter quantities, and fix mistakes inline. Every action works fully offline.
Reconcile & export
Stations converge on one shared ledger. Review variance against expected stock, then push the reconciled result back to your system.

Questions, answered.
Does Stockr work without an internet connection?
Yes. Counting is fully local — every entry is written to an on-device ledger first. Connectors and catalog refreshes need a connection, but the count itself never does.
Where are my counts stored?
On your own machines. Stockr is local-first: counts live in each station's local database and sync peer-to-peer over your network. There is no cloud server in the counting path.
How do multiple people count at once?
Pair desktops and phones into an org roster. Each device counts independently and offline, and the stations reconcile to a single shared ledger when they can see each other on the network.
Which systems can Stockr reconcile against?
Shopify, WooCommerce and Fortnox today, via built-in connectors that keep your product catalog, variants and images in sync. You can also import a plain stock list.
Can I scan with my phone?
Yes — the phone app uses your camera as a barcode scanner, and the desktop app supports USB barcode guns. Both feed the same shared count.
